Ideal for tenants, landlords and property professionals, the service focuses on restoring the property to a clean, presentable condition by tackling kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, skirting boards, doors, cupboards and other key areas throughout the home.
Please note: Every property is different. Your quotation will clearly confirm what is included before your booking. Additional charges may apply where the property is significantly more heavily soiled than described or where additional services are requested. End of Tenancy Cleaning does not guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit, as deductions may relate to damage, maintenance or other matters outside the scope of cleaning.
